Lani Chan is a filmmaker and writer from San Francisco. Previously, she worked as an editor for non-profits in Sacramento, California and in Copenhagen, Denmark. She also has a splash of experience working in hospitality as a bartender, which inspired her, in part, to stir up this film about the industry.
Bianca Holman is a journalist and educator from Virginia. She taught sixth grade mathematics for six years in Washington, D.C. and Brooklyn, N.Y. While at Columbia Journalism School, she interned at Viacom and NBCUniversal. As a former server and host, Bianca didn’t want to pass up an opportunity to work on a film that involves visits to vineyards and a good Riesling. She is currently a reporter for WDBJ 7, CBS- affiliate, in Roanoke, Virginia.
